The Regatta Organizing Authority is Taal Lake Yacht Club
Rules
The Racing Rules of Sailing will apply, along with individual class regulations, and TLYC Standard Sailing Instructions.
Entry and Eligibility
The Event is open to Women skippers with male or female crew. Hobie 16s will be used. Minimum weight limit of 284 lbs will be applied
Entry
Those wishing to enter should inform the Event Secretariat (by phone call, email or text message) so that entry and administration can be secured.
Entry Fee
P450 per boat payable at registration at Taal Lake Yacht Club by 9:30 on the race day. Late entries will be accepted at the discretion of the Secretariat and the Race Committee.
Competitor’s Briefing
The Competitors Briefing will take place at 1000 hrs on the race day, at TLYC, by which time boats should be ready to sail.
Programme of Events
The Regatta will consist of a minimum of one race, and a maximum of 5 races. There will be no drops. The number and type of races will be at the discretion of the Race Committee. The target is to achieve 5 races by 4PM on the Race day Warning Signal for first race 1030
Prizes
There will be trophies for the skippers and crew of the winning 3 boats. There may also be raffle prizes, or gift packs to participants dependent on sponsorship.
Resail
In the event the regatta is postponedn, the resail will be the followig Sunday.
